I painted it with airbrush (see the complet photo in my deviant ID)
I used car paint (polyurethane paint) On these photos the drawing is not varnished yet (it's better to take a good picture lol)  Size is: 50" x 37.5" (1,25 meter x 95cm it's big ) I needed 3 weeks to paint it!
